The person behind the counter certainly always feels like they don't want to be there, but they are always polite and helpful if you have questions. It is a cash only place so keep that in mind! I've never had a bad experience with this place. The bubble tea is always ... delightful. Read more

Never a line which is great, easy parking not like coco down the street. Staff are always friendly. I like the black sugar pearl latte, it is completely comparable to coco but usually the pearls are nice and warm unlike coco.

Good standard to compare other bubble tea places to. They've been around for awhile and are fairly consistent. Don't go during any peak hours as there is a little bit of a delay when you get your order. No free wifi here and they only take cash.

TL;DR: friendly service, poor management, pearls were clearly from previous night, badly refrigerated. Also, it's cash only. If you must order from this place, avoid any additive such as pearls. And maybe the whole establishment all together due to this foul odor at the front of the store. As much as ... I'd like to give it a higher score, there are several fatal mistake that I could not overlook. For starters, the pearl from the drink I ordered had a sour note which tells me the pearls ain't too fresh. Secondly, there's a foul smell near the entrance as if something died there last night. To which the management, and it's employee is either nose blind to, or doesn't care enough to do something about. And until they care enough to at least keep the place clean, and odor free, I don't think I'll be visiting this place again soon. Tip for the owner of the franchise, either reopen this location with a kitchen or close it down. It's for the better in the long run. Read more
