New York Fries - Coquitlam, British Columbia

Bought four poutines here. One snack size, three smalls. Very disappointed. The main ingredients are fries, gravy and cheese curds. On all 4 there were barely any cheese curds. They messed up my order 2 different times. Peer pressured by staff because because they didn't want to re make my order after they clearly messed up. Rudest staff I've ever met in my life. Steer away from this place if you actually want to get what u ordered

There are numerous small fragments of fries in the box from New York Fries, and when I inquired about it, they explained that it's just how they're made. It might be preferable to find your fries elsewhere rather than from New York Fries.

First and last try eating here, ordered simple fries pretty hard to mess up but they managed it. Taste is OK and not super salty which is good, but for fresh fries they where super soggy and limp like a 80 year old man without his viagra.

Friend told me it had good poutine so I went. Okay poutine, nothing amazing but tasty- but service was a bit iffy. When I recieved it I realized it didnt come with gravy so asked about it and they told me extra cost, so i went back to my table ... where my friend decided to pay it and brought the tray back. But then they told HER that it was free?? Don't know if it was the same employee. Doesn't really matter, but they would have actually charged me if i brought my card with me. They seem hyper to charge for everything (similar experience when ordering), would not go again.
