Farm store and restaurant. They have very good cookies and plenty of frozen options such as cabbage roll and lasagna. Very big trays of savory frozen food so the size of it kept me from buying it but very curious as to how it taste. Food for thought, ... we are in an era people a seeking quality ready to eat. Not many like to cook anymore. Might boost your sales to also offer smaller size. Read more

We had a large group of 20 people, small kids to elderly included, and the team provided us with excellent service, delicious fare, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere! And all for a reasonable price! (Great baked goods too!!) Thanks CountryTyme! We will be back!!

An absolutely wonderful cafe in Coldstream. My daughter and I came in January for the first time and we were so delighted by the wonderful food and we took home lots of the lovely fresh baking including their amazing cookies. It was my first time inside this restaurant. For long time residents of Vernon, this is where Red Barn relocated to from Polson Mall. However, it has changed ownership over time. Because my dad was such a big Red Barn fan, he wanted to come here. It was our first time ... going out to eat together just the two of us in a really really long time. I had three pancakes, hashbrowns, and a Boylan soda for approximately 16 dollars after tax (pancakes were $8, hashbrowns were $3, and the Boylan soda was $3.50 before tax). The pancakes were really good. However, the hashbrowns didn't have any cheese on them. There wasn't any flavour to them, and the portion was smaller than expected. That's the only negative thing I can say. I love the venue though. Tons of baked goods, jams, and pierogis being sold. There's a big section for pre-made stuff. There is about ten tables for seating indoors and a lovely back garden with approximately twenty tables. After we were done eating we walked around the neighbourhood for about twenty minutes. Staff was working hard. They have signs that they are hiring everywhere, and somebody new was being trained. Overall, it's a cute little country restaurant in a beautiful part of town. I liked the minor touches such as using playing cards to indicate a table. That was my favourite part. I recommend giving this restaurant a try! Read more
