Ordered from this place online and they told me that my order didn't come in and that I couldn't get a refund or my subs all while being extremely rude. Would put zero if possible, go to a different subway.

My husband and I went to this subway for 20 years and have had amazing service and great food. Ever since 2020 (new owners) The Subway in cobourg is just awful. Bad customer service, extremely rude and ignorant, rolling of eyes and speaking things in their language ( after ... we ask for something) seems directed and as if they are talking about us. We are now driving to port hope for are subway nights now. Read more
The guy that was there serving my husband's food kept rolling his eyes, didn't give enough food what was paid for a ignores the request of what items wanted on the sub.
