Extremely disappointing. We bought 2 subs, spent over $30 and asked for a cup of ice as my daughter had a broken thumb and the staff said we had to buy a drink to get ice. He then got very aggressive with my wife and made her cry. ... We will not return and may consider not visiting Subway in general going forward due to other cleanliness issues at other locations. Would avoid this subway in cobourg, there’s another location that are much better. The price of everything has gone up I get that, but when I’m asking for 3 veggies and you put maybe 6 pieces of green pepper on…had to continuously ask can I have more please.
