Both the staff and the meal presentation were excellent. I dislike the property, the atmosphere, and the lack of a pool. The lack of slippers, a coffee machine, an iron for clothes, a TV that won't connect to the phone, and channels that rely on solar power make the room boring ... and expensive. Additionally, a very crucial room extension is that there is only a reservation number, which is frequently ignored, and no specific number is provided to connect if anything is needed, such ordering food to be delivered to the room or any other services. We celebrated our 15 year wedding anniversary here, and it was phenomenal. This place is truly a hidden gem. The food, service, and spa treatments were excellent, and the location is perfect for a peaceful getaway. We walked the trails in the forest, utilized the ... hot tub, and had wonderful meals and high tea. Our room was also stunning. If you are looking to go somewhere to truly unwind, this is the place. My friends and I loved our time here at Northumberland Heights! Mona, Param, and the rest of the team were incredible. They were so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating for my friends and me. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the high tea, to the spa treatments, to the breakfast, hiking ... trails, and hot tubs/sauna, we wish we could have stayed longer. We'll definitely be back!
