When I call this store to place an order for pizza at this location (Vedder Road, Chilliwack), no one answers. When I went to the store and notified the staff, they claimed they couldn't hear the ring, but when I called in front of them, we both heard the phone ... ring. Dropped in on the way home and ordered the walk in special . Pizza came out in about 11 mins and was delicious…so much so I ordered another one to go. Recently, the pan pizza crust has been sort of soft and tastes undercooked, not crispy like it was before. Hopefully they can fix that soon because when they do make the pizza correctly, it tastes great.

Poor delivery service. It took over an hour and the delivery driver called twice asking for my address. Unacceptable service. I almost never leave a 1 star review. Be better. Also. The food finally came after an hour and 10 minutes on a 30 minute order and the driver said ... he just didn't bother to put it into the maps app. It was also soggy and wet pizza. Pizza Hut. Please take this franchise away from these people. They shouldn't have a Pizza Hut franchise. They don't know how to run one. Read more

Pizza Hut Chilliwack, oh how does one describe. When ordered at 7:00pm with an eta on the app between 7:35-7:45pm to then playing ring around the rosy from 8:20-8:55pm throughly the poor operators at the customer service line trying to get ahold of the Chilliwack store, which neither them nor I ... could get an answer. Just wanting to know if our order was coming or not. Finally was transferred to the online order line who took our info and offered to submit a reimbursement request. Luckily, we were paying cash as this has happened before. The driver showed up with a grin on his face and gave us our order at 8:56pm. Our order was ice cold like it had been in the car for an hour and a half… and their take on mozzarella sticks were quite enlightening.
