Boston Pizza - Chilliwack, British Columbia

Ordered some lunch for my road trip! Sydney was our server and she was polite, friendly and efficient. She was doing such a great job! Great location and well managed restaurant!

Nostalgic dish that I haven’t had in awhile. I feel the portions are a bit smaller and the 3 cheese toast isn’t as covered in cheese as it use to be. I would first like to say is I only write these things if I really feel prompted to. Some of the best service I’ve had in my life. Was feeling the blues walking down Luckakuck and decided to treat myself to sooth my woes. We have had nothing but bad luck with this BP in Chilliwack from raw chicken wings being served to us, our food being thrown down at us from our server in the past, decided to give it a shot as I just got a GC for BP. This time we ... got a half over cooked pizza. The crust was so hard you could probably crack a tooth from eating it. The server was good when the server was around took a while to do a full circle to check in on us. And the only other thing I would knock the server for is bringing that pizza to us and an ex-server myself I would do visual look of my guests orders and would send back to kitchen if it wasn't presentable and explain to my guest and offer a discount for waiting extra. Ordered supper through skip and as much as I hate to leave a bad review, the lack of accountability for their product is ridiculous. Regardless if an order is put through a 3rd party or not, the quality of the food should not suffer. Unfortunately, that was the case for us ... and when voicing our disappoint, we were told “it’s out of our hands, talk to skip the dishes”. Our problem was not with the delivery service, it was with the $25 joke of a salad we received. Soggy frozen spinach, 3 cucumber slices, missing quinoa, no dressing and half chicken breast. Come on.
