(This) Menchies is one of our very favourite family outings. The owners/operator remembers our names AND that our daughter has severe allergies. Each time we're in she offers to open a special bag of treats just for my daughter so that we can be assured of no cross ... contamination. They are so conscientious, we love supporting this local business! Read more

We've been to several Menchie's and liked this one best. I loved all their fruit flavours of sorbet and yoghurt - they were delicious and tasted real. The staff was fairly helpful.

Staff was SOO rude when I said I had a cupon from the entertainment book. They made me feel terrible for using it. They refused to give us extra sample cups. They even went so far to LIE and say they actually didn't even have any sample cups left because ... they only receive so many in the mail each day (that doesn't even make sense!) My sister went in a few minutes later to get some and guess what! They had sample cups. It's also a complete health code violation to have customers reuse the sample cups after they've licked/sucked on it. Then to put the sample cup back up to the machine for another flavor. Disgusting. The fruit was rotten , the candy bar toppings were hard as rock, and the cereal had little bugs in it. The lady who was working didn't seem to care about my complaint. Plus my daughter got a small amount in a bowl and I was still charged ... $5 for hers. They didn't even weigh it. I will not be going back to this place again. Read more
