KFC Taco Bell - Chilliwack, British Columbia

Corporate needs to shut this place down. They consistently forget items from your order. Most recent experience I got 4 out of the 6 items I ordered and had a bean and rice burrito taste of mold. There is so much wrong with this location, the manager should be changed ... out. Definitely will not be back even though I have a soft spot for Taco Bell, but this location aint it. edit : I didn't see the reviews before making this review, but wow everyone has the same opinion on this location. The manager just walked around talking on her cell phone just like other people mentioned. Its crazy this place is still open. Sitting in the parking lot eating my Taco Bell right now. I have never been before to a Taco Bell and this is not a good first experience. I got the super beef burrito, which looks really good on the menu and for the price I thought it would be ... better than it is. It is small and barely has anything in it, what it does have is a lot of sauce so it’s not even stiff enough to eat with one hand like a proper taco. There’s barely any beef, barely any vegetables and mainly just goop. I don’t think I would come here again. Read more

Worst! Ordered chili cheese fries it is very disappointing. The beef in it is not even placed properly and, most likely, not even 1 tablespoon. The girls "working" here are awful. They were all standing back on the line, chatting with each other while we stood there, waiting to order. One girl was talking on her cell phone. She looked up at us and then kept talking on her phone. Finally, a male employee came ... out and took our order. He seemed to be the only one actually working. After we placed our order, I asked for the key to the washroom. He said he had to go ask about it. He went back to the line and asked one girl about the key. She said something, and he said, "So... just tell them it's out of order?" He came back and told us the washrooms were out of order. I said, "BOTH of them?" He shrugged and said, "I'm sorry." I felt bad for him because he clearly was trying to do his job. We got our food, and the servings were minute. For example, I ordered nachos Supreme. I counted 9 chips, and there was about a tablespoon of toppings. I also ordered a cheese roll-up. It had chicken in it, which makes no sense because it's literally supposed to be cheese rolled up in a tortilla. Read more

For someone who doesn't get out to a tacobell often this was a beyond disappointing experience. As the only patrons in the place the order took over 15 minutes, hardly "fast food". The portions of beef in the tacos was laughable and missing other ingredients also. When I brought it to ... their attention they said the portion amounts have been reduced. What I heard: Our franchise owner is cheap and has instructed us to present the worst taco imaginable. This place needs to new Management and Ownership or should be shut down. Read more
