Ordered 10 pcs chicken wings for $15.74 and all the chicken pieces have hard breading.

Had a delivery with Uber, the driver was perfectly fine, Food arrived hot. However the restaraunt itself is another matter. They messed up the order and I did not recieved what I asked for and when trying to talk to the counter person, she had no manners whatever, absolutely refused ... to listen, just kept on talking and had the nerve to tell me I didn't know what I ordered. Sad to have to give it one star. Disgraceful service! I had gone to this location quite a few times over the past time that I have lived here. Every single time that I went before I had my coupon from the receipt. So I would get ... my fountain beverage, my fries for a dollar and then my popcorn chicken (which is free with my receipt). I was charged properly every single time and this time the person provided very bad customer service and wanted to charge all sorts of wrong things. I will not be returning to KFC ever again. Wow what a disappointment this was. Cold gravy on the popcorn chicken poutine and the tiniest burger I've ever seen. I see the bad reviews, and I can't speak for those obviously but I went to this location today and was greeted immediately, offered excellent customer service, store was clean, and the food was hot. Even the fries were fresh, I dont think I've ever had fresh kfc fries. I ... wouldn't let bad reviews prevent you from going, this location must have turned things around because it was a wonderful experience. I will be back!
