First of all staff were RUDE AF, the chicken was like chewing on rubber terrible quality..rice half cooked, the "almond chicken" was a thin 8th of an inch thick with 3 inches of breading 🤮 chicken balls were slimy inside the batter un cooked my entire family of 5 now ... has food poisoning really bad...don't forget the inside of the restaurant!!! Sooo nasty! Rats running around outside, boxes and junk piled up inside the place...absolutely the worst experience ever!!! Ordered on Saturday Night. Chow Mein, Beef Chop Suey and S&S pork combo. Got food poisoning. Sick for 3 days. Never again

So disappointing Ordered Ginger beef, chicken chow Mein, chicken balls, wontons and chicken fried rice and all were very dry and disappointing. Ginger beef - dry, not saucy, no flavour Chow mein - a few carrot strands and a couple pieces of chicken but noodles were hard and dried out mixed in with ... ok dry noodles Chicken fried rice - dry, just tasted like soy sauce, a lot of soy sauce Wontons - extra crispy and dry Chicken balls - dry again, no sweet and sour sauce included Overall everything tasted like it sat under a buffet lamp for 2 days. The lady that worked on Thurs, Mar 2nd at the Vedder location is extremely rude and doesn't treat every customer with the same courtesy. She went out of her way with the customers before me and treated me like I was a nuisance and was disrespectful. Instead of looking at ... me and letting me know my order was ready she slid my order down the counter at me and said "here" and then walked away. She didnt even put it in a take out bag. Clearly doesn't understand how to treat customers. The supposed lemon chicken was horrible. It's pounded out so thin, you're basically just getting greasy batter. Read more

Lol at Wendy Sims who wrote the previous review. She’s rude as hell. I was there lady. Her husband came in and she sat her liar self in the car. So she’s talking out her backside with her review. Her husband was upset but kept it mature. Ginkgo was apologetic. I ... feel bad for her hubby. Anyways here’s my takeout plate at home.
