Very small little bits of chicken I didn't know you could get them that small they must use miniature chickens for these

May 18, 2024 I went through the drive-thru and ordered an original chicken sandwich. There were few customers at the BK but when I pulled up behind a black truck, who had already been sitting waiting for their food for who knows how long, I sat for another 8 minutes. ... They should have parked him. He finally left, I pulled up and paid, and I sat there for another 6 minutes. The place was near empty as I mentioned, and the staff were moving like sloths on sedation. Eventually I was given my sandwich and I pulled around to the parking lot to eat it. I didn't unwrap it all, just one end and started eating. There was too much mayo, but once I cleaned off that mess that realized there was still liquid pouring out of the chicken patty. It didn't really have a taste, and it was oil. The chicken had been deep fried and ugh...did they leave it sitting in oil, and for how long??? The chicken heavily saturated in oil and it was oozing out everywhere. I unwrapped the rest of the sandwich and in addition to the oil soaked chicken, the bun was soggy from the oil, as was the wrapping. Disgusting. Rather than go in and try to communicate with young people who didn't seem to be very sharp, I just tossed it into the nearest garbage and came home. Thanks Burger King, I've been in the bathroom all afternoon from three bites of oil soaked food. If the trips to the toilet don't stop, then it will be a sign of food poisoning and I will be reporting it (I kept my receipt just in case). Either way, I sure won't return. Read more

Burger King should be ashamed of itself. My entire meal from the drive-thru was a disaster. I ordered a simple combo with a Whopper Jr. and Chicken Jr., plus a snack box with jalapeño chicken fries and onion rings. The second I opened the box, I knew something was wrong. ... Everything - the fries, the rings, even the chicken fries - were cold, hard, and clearly past their prime. It tasted like they'd been sitting out for hours, not minutes. Unfortunately, I was already on the highway towards Vancouver when I realized this, so going back wasn't an option. Against my better judgement, I figured the burgers might be okay. Big mistake. One bite into each patty and it was clear the chicken and beef were spoiled too. One bite of that garbage and I'm now in the hospital with food poisoning, severe stomach pain, and nausea. Definitely one of my favourite locations as it’s big, clean, good view of mountains, central area, and lots of booth seating. As usual, the Whoppers are yummy but what this one offers better than the Vancouver ones is nicer, more fresh vegetables. Wished I had taken a picture instead of ... wolfing it down so fast. Always ask for extra onions and upgrade for the cheese, even if it’s processed lol Extra star for Amex approval! Read more

The poutine is dryer than the Sahara desert! The young lady working the drive through was nice but that was the worst poutine I've ever had. Last time they gave me fries instead of a poutine but charged me for a poutine! I guess its a slight improvement but really ... not impressed and still feel ripped off as this was not cheap. Also the burger was a sloppy mess, lettuce bunched up and thrown together. Won't be going back ever again and would not recommend. Too bad as it is the only BK in the area. Read more
