Received the wrong burger at the A&W in Abbotsford and found out it was made completely wrong. So stopped at this location and asked for a new one. Showed the burger and the receipt. Worst service I have ever had at an A&W. No consideration for the people waiting in line to order. Serves people that just walk up to the counter regardless of how long the line is that is waiting. I ordered lunch for my son and my mom and they ... didn't get the order right at all. My son tried to come back and ask where the rewt of his food was and the lady at the counter did nothing but argue with him. Each time he patiently waited in lin. It took an hour for my son to finally get his food. Will never come back here again and will let others know how the service was. Not friendly at all. Read more

The cottonwood A&W is a nice place to grab a bite, the food came hot, my disappointment lies in the amount of times we had to return to the counter to get missing items and again to have a burger remade as it came with cheese after saying we did ... not want any cheese.
