Ordered through DoorDash after a long shift. 25$ worth of food did not come with the order. They blamed DoorDash and DoorDash blamed triple os . The food never came.

I visited the Vedder Road drive thru April 27th. I was shorted my burger and didn’t notice until I was home. I have made several attempts to call the restaurant; however, they don’t answer their phone. This experience left a poor taste in my mouth. :(

Date - 10th April, 2024 at 2:42pm. I bought a cookies and cream milkshake asked for no whipping cream and got this one having no crushed cookies and chocolate syrup (which was having all this together in it when I bought it all the time). The food was standard Triple O's taste. No complaints. The service at this location need a major overhaul. The burger assembly was poor, was a sloppy mess. One of the order came with cold fries and the other with no pickle. Shakes were sitting on counter melting in the heat ... while rest of the food was being prepared. Was hard to find a clean table to dine. Every table was a sticky mess and/or had garbage. The dining area was practically empty but the drive through was busy at that time.
