Carley was an amazing worker, first when I walked in I was greeted with a smile and immediately told me to take my time and If I had any questions to ask. I am gluten free so when I got a southwest bowl she let me know the pita chips ... have gluten in them so I removed it and subsisted with extra black bean corn salsa. I come to chopped leaf quite a bit and have always had good service. I have, also, however had my order messed up quite a few times. Staff have always fixed it but sometimes when I’ve ordered to go and not eaten until I’m home and realizing it’s incorrect is not ... worth it to go back. I know it’s easy to work on autopilot in fast food places but please be more cautious in reading the substitutions especially a place that is normally good for a lot of people with dietary restrictions. Certain employees need to show a better attitude to their customers.. The cashier was very pleasant while the girl who was making the bowl had an attitude and poor actions, you can tell by the way she made the food. She slammed the bowl on the counter upon delivering it ... to me saying have a nice day in a very rude tone of voice for no reason.. if she can't be pleasent to customers or doesn't like her job maybe she should be doing something else. I have always had a great experience here. But today…. The customer services was absolutely horrible - I ordered in to take out - got my med salad bowl home and all that was in it was rice, feta, lettuce and tomatoes, not to mention the cold chicken 😩 super ... disappointing. I absolutely love The Chopped Leaf. I experienced it for the first time a year ago during a very big and important staff meeting. I was so impressed at the taste and how easy and clean a full size wrap could be. No mess during a meeting when people had their best ... outfits on was important. Well... this last time certainly wasn't the case. The wraps completely came apart and were actually a total mess. A bit disappointed but the taste was still great. A little more care in making of the wrap would have been appreciated. Read more
