Kind staff that are helpful and efficient make this a great location to visit when in need of a pick-me-up in the Chilliwack/Sardis area!

I did a mobile order and I ordered two drinks and cookie straws. I asked for extra whipped cream and caramel sauce on one and left the other drink normal. When I get my drink the caramel sauce drink havthe sauce and barely any whipped cream. Neither drink got extra ... whipped cream at all. Then after I got my drinks I was waiting for the cookie straws. I asked the lady if they forgot to get them and she told me that they no longer sell them. The mobile app did not say that when I ordered and they were going to charge me for the straws and not give them to me or at least tell me. I was really disappointed with that. I cant drink Starbucks coffee cause I find it too strong and bitter. Their other drinks are better..for me. Clean place to eat at & the staff members work very hard to ensure you have what you ordered as quickly as possible. Washrooms are kept clean..which is very important to ... the public. Usually love Starbucks. Ordered a decaf americano that tastes like hot water with a hint of coffee.... asked have an extra shot... no change. My husband ordered a peppermint mocha that has no coffee in it at all. Not the best customer service when asked to have my order fixed. ... My husband and I love to stop and treat ourselves to a latte and sometimes a treat. We quite often takes our grandsons with us too. They always ask if we can go to Starbucks? My daughter in law and I grab a coffee to go, and then ... walk the Vedder River for a couple hours, twice a week. Love it!! Great staff too Read more
