Delivery service is horrible. Every time we order it's missing items and town hall will not accept any responsibility or refund for missing items. They claim it's door dashes responsibility even though town hall is responsible for putting the right items in the bag. Absolutely horrible.

Best restaurant in Sardis side of the town, town-hall uses mostly fresh ingredients and their chefs are top. One time our soup was a bit cold and after I made a comment they gave me another bowl of soup. Definitely give them 5 star.

My wife and I were there yesterday for a get-together with the karate team. There were so many people ordering, and the servers were crazy trying to serve everyone. I want to highlight the bargirl. We have ordered from here 3x now on Uber and each time it gets progressively worse. We just moved here from Surrey and this townhalls food is a joke! Your burgers with special sauce— you get ZERO sauce! Your animal fries? A piece of a processed cheese slice, jarred onions ... and again ZERO sauce!
