Always enjoy hitting up the local Mr. Mikes. Food is always well presented. Pic of the poke bowl that my daughter ordered for herself. I didn't catch it before she dug into the cucumbers. But you get the idea! Simply amazing food and atmosphere here!

Whether you like it or not, you are required to leave a 10% tip at an above-average steakhouse, and being asked about the tip again when paying the bill is quite annoying. The staff was courteous and attentive. My wife and I each had steak, and they were cooked how we requested (medium rare). My steak tasted great just slightly under seasoned, however my sides of potatoes and veggies were on point. The only complaint was the light that hung above our ... both was very bright, if they dimmed the lights slightly or defused them it would be completely fine. This restaurant markets itself to people over the age of 50, older pictures and a couple posters with dad jokes are the decorations of choice. Service was excellent although I am always surprised when a place promotes alcohol so much but the servers don't know drinks very well. Steak is ... the specialty so if your ordering something else such as a burger don't expect much. But their steaks are excellent and their lodge fries are as good as any cactus cuts you will find anywhere else. So overall a positive experience all around, worth the visit. Read more
