The female cashier was rude, inefficient, incompetent, and not friendly. We're disappointed with her attitude. We ate on June 2 around 2:45 pm. We're not coming back here anymore. This cashier does NOT care for losing customers and her job. Also, the washroom was stinky.
I have been going to Carl's Jr. Restaurants in different places for 45 years, and ordering the Western bacon cheese burger. This location made one of the worse. They barely put any BBQ sauce on it, so it's dry. Onion rings were fine, therefore 3 stars. Ice tea tasted strange though. Disgusting! Greasy food, literally smushed together in the bag. It took over 15 mins to get with one car ahead of us. It was my first and last visit to a Carl Jr
Overall was ok. The soda fountain was just sugary water. The customer service was good. I heard the other branches are better in quality.
