The Entrance to this outlet is at odds. Difficult to enter from main road side! Surroundings of the outlet are decorated with Garbage Bins? The staff is not courteous and friendly. I still de the outlet does not look very clean! There are much better A&W outlets in Coquitlam, BC ... and Food Taste much better and fresh! Read more

I love the chicken strips! Good meat used, lots of options for sauces. Frozen rootbeer was pretty good as well. Getting in and out of that location kind of sucks.

Came in around 7:45pm, ordered a teen burger and two chipotle wraps with no cheese. Meanwhile there was garbage everywhere then getting to my food it was all cold and sure enough cheese on my wraps. I go to the counter to get them replaced and instead of making ... me new ones the clerk just tells the "chef" to remove the cheese this is a big waste of $20.
