Always a friendly hello/bonjour upon entering. They're happy to help & get to know you. Almost always open, I believe! Great prices for the convenience of their items- Milk, newspaper, baked goods, wood, pumpkins! Xmas trees...cold drinks, candy your kids can afford. Top notch dep.
Unfriendly owner and staff - not worth your time. The girl at the cash was super rude to us, telling us we were not allowed to park in the parking because we were not customers- even though we did stop to shop at the dep but did not find what ... we were looking for. The owner parked her truck behind our car in the meantime and we got stuck in the parking lot, waiting for her to decide when she “was ready” to move her vehicle. Not ever going back to this place again, what a horrible way to run a business and talk to people who are not from the area. Read more
The recent 1-stars are not warranted… the staff are sweet and courteous, if you are as well. Great, locally-owned spot where you can get your six pack of Corona and lime in one stop! Cherry on top, the owner stocks 12-packs of niche Japanese beer like Asahi and Kirin Ichiban ... in the back fridge. Wide variety of cool craft cans and tasty non-alcohol options on the shelves. Owner (woman who claimed to be) seems to be the issue. Totally rude, unintelligent, and unhinged. At least I can leave and not give the place business , I feel bad for the employees that have to deal with that. Also, the stock is not of particular high ... quality and the prices are not too competitive. Maybe the burgers next door are good, I don't know. Read more

Extremely rude. Took our family there after a walk - we tried to be extremely friendly knowing that when you bring a big crowd into a small place it’s not always well received. We took a hint and didn’t eat our food inside, and the woman complained in French out ... loud about how we didn’t push our chairs in after ourselves when we left.
