Food was great. Waitress rarely checked in to see if we needed drinks though. Only had two drinks over the course of the meal and could've had 4-5 easily.

Make sure you double check the food they give you during take out and/or delivery. Missing items seem to be a common theme with this restaurant. The best they can do, once it's delivered or you are home is credit the item, not refund, so you are stuck ordering with ... them again to sort of "get your money back". Read more

The young lady at the pickup counter was doing an excellent job taking orders from customers in the drive thru and in store , with a smile and positive attitude. I’m very pleased with the service and impressed with how fast the food came

Where do I start. We ordered the chicken burgers. Buns burnt chicken dry, french fries cold. As a matter of fact my whole dinner was cold. My son ordered chicken breast, he couldn't finish it, didn't like it. It looked like ... the meat near the bone wasn't cooked fully. The room used was for a party. It took 1 1/2 to 2 hours to get our meal. They knew there was a party that day. I can't blame the servers. The full responsibility was to the kitchen staff and how things are prepared on time and delivered hot, even lukewarm would have been better than cold. Read more

Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow. My husband enjoyed his burger and the kids enjoyed their meal. My salad was okay, but it was my oversight not asking for the sauce to be on the side. I wish the waitress did not keep on forgetting about us and our requests. ... It was frustrating and disappointing since we had a long day and simply wanted to pay our bill and go home. Read more
