Super Clean, washed there hands after they handled money. I haven't been to Mr Sub in at least 5 years, it's was great way better than subway. Will be going back Thank you for the great service

We came here on Monday April 29/24 at 5:30pm and the woman who served us was amazing. We ordered a seafood wrap and she did it up so well that we could barely carry it lol. My husband's sub was made to perfection. BUT let me tell you about the ... poutine we got, Oh Em Gee! Best we have had in a long time. Mounds of cheese curds and gravy. I've been meaning to write this for some time but honestly every single time I go in there no matter how busy it is, no matter how many people are in line they are polite and friendly and kind. Literally the best Mr Sub location in town.

My visit was marred by the disappointing behavior of the restaurant's owner, which overshadowed the quality of the food. During my visit, I had an interaction with the ... owner that I can only describe as unprofessional and disheartening. Their attitude towards both customers and employees was less than exemplary. I observed them being rude and condescending to the staff, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. When I approached the owner with a simple inquiry, I was met with a dismissive and impolite response. Their behavior was unwarranted and left me feeling disrespected as a paying customer. I firmly believe that any establishment's owner should set a positive example and create a welcoming environment for patrons. While I've enjoyed the food at Mr. Sub in the past, this recent encounter with the owner has made me reconsider whether I want to support this establishment in the future. They are running a fraud scam. Every item cost more on the receipt than the menu. See evidence attached Subs were good, staff were very friendly, but totally ripped me off.
