We ordered delivery and we have ordered number of times over the past year, 1 hour later person that took our order didn’t bother to apologize or call us, when we reached out after waiting the full hour, front girl said “we don’t even have your address”. How is that ... possible? People have attitude problems, arguing with customers. How incompetent do you have to be to take a order correctly for a few toppings and record basic info like address? I received an extremely burnt garlic cheese loaf. As soon as I opened the box all I could smell was char. On a dead Friday night it took over half an hour to for a medium pizza and the loaf. There was no one in store and a ... single takeout order. It wasn't even in the oven 20 minutes after I ordered. This was a terrible experience, I spent another 5 minutes after I returned to the store of the supervisor shoving his face into the loaf before he finally agreed to a refund. If you want a pizza that is essentially half a sandwich. This is the place to go. The amount of topping they add to a pizza almost seems unrealistic. The topping choices are also really good. Don't get why more places don't do sun dried tomatoes. With all that said. ... The only thing stopping me from giving them five stars is they mess up our orders often. They'll gladly remake the pizza and even give you the mistaken pizza. But having to wait for another pizza and how often is has happen can sometimes become an issue. More so when you're starving. Ordered wings with pizza. Wings show up mushy and under cooked. Pizza was thin crust and hardly holding together. Called in about the wings got told that the person who answered the phone cooked them herself and that it was cooked ? Went soft because of the sauce. It ... went soft because you bread your wings with an egg batter like all batters then oven cook them. You must deep fry. After about 5 minutes of repeating myself gave up and said don't worry about it. Wanted to send me more wings out again. What makes sense ? Giving a refund maybe store credit or sending wings out that will be eaten 45 minutes after you have already eaten. Plus you can't get breaded wings clearly rite so why would I want them again. Guido, a server, is always keen on starting conversations, and I have had some of my most pleasant interactions at this local shop.
