McDonald’s - Cambridge, Ontario

Took 9 minutes from order submission to getting our food. Coffee is lukewarm and the chicken McMuffin is way overpriced. I should know better.

The atmosphere was dirty. The drink area was not stocked properly (lids and ketchup). A different customer informed them about it and they were ignored. It was a long wait for 2 meals. The staff were disrespectful the other customer wanted her money back because of them not making their ... meal properly. Instead of cashier being polite she back talked her and another staff ended up chiming in and threatened to fight the couple that was upset. The couple left and said they wouldn’t be back, I will not be back either. When the couple left the staff started to call them druggies. Traveling through and needed something to eat…should’ve kept going, food was awful. Coffee was cold and not fresh (almost like it was sitting on the counter to be thrown out…and at the last minute, was served at the drive thru). Fries were also a disaster (assume they were sitting under a ... heat lamp and cooked in rancid oil). Do not recommend…go elsewhere! Two thumbs down. Way down!! Read more

DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. I ordered a big Mac combo and about 3 bites into my burger I realized there was black plastic pieces on my burger. I got refunded but 15 minutes after leaving the store I was throwing up and very sick:(
