Food was fresh and wait time was short. Only downside is this location is much smaller than others. Good for take out not dining in.

Ordered 4 piece with tots for take out. Recieved it real fast, when i got home the the leg was small, little meat on the thigh and the "crispy" chicken breast looked like a piece of deep fried fish, NOT even close to crispy. Will not be back.

I'm not sure what the point of ordering online is, when you have to wait 10 minutes after you arrive. My app said a certain time that I placed my order, and the server told me their time was later, and that they purposely don't make the food at ... the time you expect. Can't remember the specific reason, but it defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time so as not to have to wait. I've also had online orders made incorrectly. And the staff don't seem to care. I find the store in Guelph to have much better food and service overall. Read more

We have gone here a few times, and they are great! Very consistent food and service. It's a small location, and it does get full at peak times. Parking can also be a bit difficult at times as it's a busy lot with a lot of restaurants and shops.
