From Georgia I visit Canada I recently visited burrito boys and was disappointed to find the air conditioning not working. The restaurant was unbearably hot,and they had the main door open to try and cool it down. This made it even more uncomfortable with heat and humidity pouring in. Files ... were also a constant annoyance. Despite the delicious food the poor environment several detracted from the experience. I hope they fix these issues soon as it’s otherwise a great spot. Ordered a chicken burrito today, and it was really tasty except the chicken I got was grey. I never knew chicken turned this colour, and don't even want to know how unfresh it is to go gray.

Frustrating Experience at Burrito Boys I recently visited Burrito Boys and, unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired, warranting a 2-star rating. The two main issues I encountered were the exceptionally long wait time and the discourteous behavior of the employees. The extended wait time was incredibly frustrating. It took an ... unreasonably long time to receive my order, well beyond what one would consider acceptable for a fast-food establishment. This significantly detracted from my overall experience, and I felt like my time was not valued as a customer. To make matters worse, the behavior of the employees was disappointing. I encountered a noticeable lack of professionalism and friendliness during my visit. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to my inquiries and concerns. This created an unwelcoming and unpleasant atmosphere. In any service-oriented business, timely service and courteous staff are of paramount importance. Unfortunately, my visit to Burrito Boys failed to meet these basic expectations, resulting in a dissatisfying experience. It is an updated review of the food i got before. I must say they take their feedback quite seriously. They contacted me for the issue i had with the food and i got my burritos remade without any cost. Thank you for taking care of the feedback of the ... customers. They really made my burritos worth this time. It was the worst burrito i have ever had from this place. we did not even get half of the quantity of actual thing and packaging was disgusting. The food, we have to trash it, it was not in edible condition at all. Seriously guys, you guys need to work on your quality standards. So much disappointed. Read more

Overall, the experience was decent, and I hope that this place would be able to fix the timing issue at a later date if I went back. Inside the restaurant was pretty clean. The bathroom could’ve used a wipe down, but was not horrible. During my trip here in the ... restaurant was completely empty but it still somehow took 20 minutes to make a burrito and a bowl. Less than impressed with the wait time and hit or miss communication with the staff, not understanding/knowing their own menu. I’m big on chatting the staff up, and having some fun but this group was not having it. I would give the brand another chance at another location, but probably won’t come back to this one in Cambridge again. Read more
