The man I encountered behind the deli counter must’ve been the owner because his attitude was consistent with the other reviews. He was impatient as I was trying to decide what to get and was patronizing when I asked questions. When I chose to cut him off after he continued ... to insult me, he then started to mutter how rude I was - clearly not self aware. He continued to be rude as I went over to the cashier and the only reason I even decided to buy anything was because the cashier was nice. Very unfriendly place, the guy, I believe he is the owner, didn't even bothered to look at me after he realized I don't speak Polish. I was waiting on the cash register for more than 5 mins, while he was serving other (Polish speaking) people, even though they got in the ... store after me. Shelves and meat counter half empty, overpriced products and hostile environment. What else can you wish for from your shopping experience? Never going back! Read more

Been here a couple of times and both times I have nor felt welcome. It is close to my house and would love to go there more but they seem very unfriendly especially cause I do not speak Polish I was in for something specific and then asked ... questions about some meat and the one lady basically made fun of me cause I could not pronounce it right. Never been a huge fan of this place or the owner but soo many of the Polish Delis that were around have closed up. Kielbasa and lunch meat is still better than grocery stores so I go. I'm only writing this review because I was discussed by the owners treatment of an ... older gentleman in line ahead of me the other day. He walked up to deli to help as it was busy. He barked once what do you want and within 2-3 seconds snapped his gingers and and shouted "old man wake up, pay attention, what do you want, pay attention!". The elderly man had been looking in the display and deciding, he seemed to be at least 75 and may have suffered a stroke recently or something causing him to take a few seconds longer. I've also heard him talk very rudely and disrespectfully to the sweet ladies who work there in the past. Absolutely discounted! This guy is and arrogant and rude! Read more

Very moody owner, zero people skills. The place runs out of stock before weekend, bread has been frozen and then put back on shelves. The staff is okay, but the owner needs to learn some customer service skills.
