We were lucky enough to get a table here on a busy Friday night without a prior reservation. Watched others sadly be turned away so recommend reservations. We were seated at a long narrow table with high top chairs alongside another party (there was a chair separating us). Thoroughly enjoyed ... my maple chicken wrap with spinach salad. Companion raved about fish tacos and another thought their Waldorf salad wrap was very good. Tbh, the wrap looked a little sad alone on the long plate it was served on with a sympathy dill pickle slice alongside. Would have been more appealing had it been presented on a smaller plate. Loads of delicious looking dinners were being carried past us up the stairs to a party being held on the second floor so a return visit is in order. Desserts: Sticky toffee pudding with ice cream was okay, found it not the best in town. Peanut butter stack was very good. A server accidentally put a plate of bacon wrapped dates on our table - they looked amazing but we had to decline as not ours. Will definitely be returning to try these! Read more

Had EVO for the first time this week. It was DELICIOUS. As a very picky eater, I was hesitant, but I was pleasantly surprised. I got the ham and cheese sandwich - a typically boring entree- but with the mayo and onions it really added to it. I asked for ... honey mustard to dip my fries and ended up dipping the sandwich as well. Very yummy! Read more

We were a group of 18 people celebrating a former co-worker's 80th birthday, a challenge for any restaurant. As we arrived a helpful hostess showed us to our reserved tables, and made sure we were happily seated. We were allowed time to mix and catchup while enjoying drinks, which were offered ... and served promptly. The wait staff was extremely friendly and helped create a party atmosphere, our thanks to Mary Jo and Michael(? apologies if my memory erred). Once we finally seated ourselves, orders were gathered, and food arrived quite quickly, everyone was served at almost the same time. My wife and I shared the Fresh Rainbow Spring Rolls as an appetizer, her main was a Waldorf Chicken Wrap with side salad, mine was the Peanut Pad Thai. Ingredients were fresh, beautifully plated, and pleasantly spiced. We were both satisfied with the food quality and portion size. The atmosphere was relaxed, and we had a great time. I had not been to EVO for a few years. I went with a dynamic group of people, eleven to be exact. It was Good Friday, with a fish and chips special feature. I was impressed that EVO had renovated into a fine dining ambiance, no longer a ... counter where one lined up to order and receive their food. The food and service were excellent. The fish was cooked to perfection, light, crispy on the outside, tender, and tasty on the inside. The coleslaw was unique, made with red cabbage, fennel, and apple. Portions were ample, enough for a nice take home if you ordered the 2-piece. Our server coordinated the food for our group like he was conducting an orchestra. Bellissimo! Read more

Could not have been more thrilled with my experience at EVO kitchen. My now husband and I happen to come in for lunch one day, and just knew this would be the perfect place for our wedding! We loved the mixture of Natural wood and modern feel. Planning the wedding went so ... smoothly due to the assistance of Taryn! Communication was quick and clear. We ordered catered boxes for the morning of the wedding for myself, my mother, and my bridesmaids, and they were the perfect bite to eat before the wedding. They handled all of the set up, and completely blew my expectations out of the water. They also assisted in the tear down and had everything organized for removal. The food was incredibly fantastic, all of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed their dinner, and everyone with a dietary or allergy restriction, had their needs met with no problems! The bartenders were quick with their service, and there was never much of a wait for a drink! They were incredibly catering to myself and my husband, as the bride and groom, which we greatly appreciated as well! We look forward to coming back for anniversary dinners in the future! Read more
