The staff were so helpful and accommodating! We had great meals in the dining room. The chef should be complimented! The rooms were very clean and decorated beautifully. Plus huge! Even the little details were noticed such as acknowledging that we were celebrating a couple of birthdays by ... providing sweets in room and remembering that one of our group was gluten free. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Stratford! The staff are so professional and attentive. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is top tier. The hotel and its grounds are beautifully maintained. Our room was both spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast offered at their restaurant was ... delicious. Went for 3 night getaway to celebrate our 40th Anniversary… delightful choice😁 Every detail is carefully attended to from arrival/departure through room decor, hotel atmosphere, gorgeous pool, delicious food & gracious service. Comfort is top-of-mind everywhere. Particular kudos to Tyler who greeted us upon arrival & got us settled into our ... room, Annie -our lovely breakfast server, & Jason-breakfast server assistant. The option to have coffee delivered to our room each morning -on a tray with linen napkins-was a lovely bit of pampering. We attended a show @ nearby Festival Theatre & walked back under a full moon… how perfect!!💕 highly recommend this unique venue for any special getaway or simply to rest & rejuvenate.
