Gave this Swiss Chalet too many chances already. This store needs a new manager. Now serving coleslaw in Mcdonalds sized ketchup containers. I swear less than a fork full. The ribs were absolutely horrible over cooked and dried out. Get a manager that knows how to run a buisness. Pathetic ... to say the least... Read more

Not the first time there were issues with the order. They hate it when you order swiss chalet and prefer you only order burgers. If your ordering swiss chalet through the drive through, think again. I ordered white meat and they gave me dark. I asked for a side of ... coleslaw and it was left out. The chicken was dry as were the ribs. On top of that, the menu is so far away you can't read it! Not the first time there were issues with the order and it's not worth driving 12 km for a refund or a change. At $60 to $90 per order, you'd think they could get it right at least once! Read more

We have been coming almost monthly to this location and our server Kathy is friendly and fabulous. Kathy recalls our orders and never misses a beat even if the restaurant is busy at lunch. We will Continue to come back for the service and the quality of the food!

My husband and I decided last minute to get some swiss chalet. Ryan was our server , he was prompt , cordial and made our dinner a treat to be there. The rest of the crew was also very friendly and helpful. Great team support
