My first experience at the spa was amazing thanks to Ashley! She’s great at her job & has an even better personality! I booked a Vichy aroma scrub and was super comfortable the whole time. She made the experience enjoyable and worth it! Definitely would come back again.

Chef Jason has created the most sublime tasting menu that I have ever experienced. He brings in the local environment with elements of nature , infuses fresh black truffles from Piedmont and sprinkles in his artistic flair . I arranged for my Mother’s 80th Birthday lunch and we sat outside in the outdoor garden space under the tree. The staff were all extremely friendly and professional and things moved along nicely. The setting and atmosphere is excellent and its hidden location makes you feel like you’re far away ... from any hustle and bustle. Now… the food! Everything was wonderful and presented beautifully. Each meal was well plated and warm and visually perfect! Everyone’s plate was clean by the end of the meal. Dessert did not disappoint and was a nice finish to a perfect get together. My ONLY comment outside of that was I had originally purchased a gift card as I didn’t think I’d be able to be there and at the last minute was able to fly in and join. Our Server who was great came back to the table and confirmed the card amount and the additional cash for tip which from an etiquette standpoint and my treating was a bit uncomfortable all around. Stayed here for two nights near the end of May for a birthday celebration and had an absolutely amazing time. Food was incredible, all the way from breakfast, to poolside snacks, to dinner. The grounds were beautiful to walk around, and the pool and gardens were very relaxing. What stood out the most ... though was the incredible service. Angel greeted us right from the walk up from the parking lot and made sure that we had everything we needed. They went the extra mile to make sure our dog felt welcome as well throughout the stay. Jordan and Esther gave us a fantastic wine tasting experience. Overall, an absolutely wonderful stay and will definitely be back again. Read more

Stayed at Langdon Hall for my partners birthday and it exceeded our expectations. The property itself is fantastic, with beautiful gardens and trails. The level of service from staff members was exceptional. Most notably Angel, Customer Experience Manager, who from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, was always ... there to greet us with warm conversation, local recommendations and always ready to add a log to the fire when needed. Rob, the lovely Friday night musician, created great atmosphere during our first of many exceptional drinks and meals during our stay. Katie and Emma, at the spa reception, were so accommodating and pleasant to deal with. It’s great staff members like these that turn a great experience into an exceptional one.
