Papou’s Place Subs and Ice Cream - Cambridge, Ontario

My husband and I decided last minute on our day off we would go try this place out for lunch as we have heard of it and seen it but never tried it. We are glad we gave it a try! The owner is very friendly and personable. I have ... never had a sub that tasted so fresh before! My girlfriend picked up our subs. It was my first time. The bread was incredible. The ingredients were stacked high. You could not make the sandwich at home for this price. Definitely a hidden treasure as the place should be packed out the door.

This place has absolutely killer subs, amazing portions and quality ingredients. Their homemade sub sauce is absolutely a must on any sub. The owner is very charismatic and friendly, holding conversation throughout making the sandwiches.

Only tried the subs here but they’re fully loaded, not like Mr Sub and Subway, you get a real sandwich and the ingredients are fresh, highly highly recommended

Best subs in town, packed with meat and toppings. Very good pricing as well - an assorted 12" came to only $10.50 after tax and the payment machine didn't even ask for a tip, which I love to see because I much prefer upfront pricing. I will be recommending this ... place to anyone in the area looking for a good sub and I will personally be coming back in the warmer months to try the ice cream. Read more
