Quiznos - Cambridge, Ontario

Very friendly staff, store was very clean, service was efficient and fast and my sandwich tasted amazing.

Stayed late and warmed up broccoli cheddar soup even when they were out. Thank you for a good meal!

My sub was great after it was corrected. I asked for a 12” ham on sesame, the lady making the sandwiches got me to clarify both the bread and the size twice after my initial order, and still only made me a 9”, and when it was rung up as a ... 9” i noticed it was wrong. I asked for it to be remade as a 12”, and all 3 people working looked at me like i had 3 heads, as if i was asking for something crazy. What i asked for was a 12” ham on sesame, only ham and mayo. No other toppings at all, no cheese and not even toasted. Got no apologies either, they just stood there looking at eachother and then back at me until i told them they could use the ham from the original one to remake it, as if discarding that much would bankrupt the store.. Very disappointed at the blatant lack of customer service, especially by who i assume is the manager or owner, who was standing at the till the entire time i was there doing literally nothing, until i asked for it to be remade and he just hovered over the lady making the sandwich without providing any assistance whatsoever. I hope he doesn’t mistreat the employees while doing zero actual work himself, because that was the vibe i got from this experience. Quiznos is my favorite sub shop and has been since i was 10 years old, and i drive 25 minutes each way to treat myself every once in a while since there aren’t any in Kitchener or Waterloo anymore. I think the next time i get Quiznos it’ll be from the Guelph location, since it’s equally as far away and i’ll hope it’ll be a more pleasant experience. Read more

Love Quiznos! So happy there is still one around in this area. It was hard to see which sub was the sub of the day and it’s a bit small which is why I have 4. The employees were very nice! Very accommodating, and went the extra mile when we ... ate inside and asked for some to go paper and bag for what we couldn’t finish. Will 100% be back again soon. Read more
