Visiting this place is truly a delightful experience. Staff is amazing too. Sharan is very helpful and provide best customer service. Must try!

The only topping I enjoy is cookie dough. They changed it from a soft cookie to a hard chunk of something that is granular and tasteless. Also the washroom was nasty and not maintained. I would love to change this review if they ever get the real cookie dough back.

Firstly staff not wearing the hand gloves. And girl not mix the ice cream properly and i told her one scoop of selected topping but she took half scoop only. She was stingy to giving toppings. I love marble slab ice cream but i never recommend to go this shop again ... better to go near by other shop compared to this one. Read more

Picked up 2 pints to take home. Sweet cream had a gritty texture and white chocolate was gone bad. Went back to return them. Staff untrained and ignorant. Mentioned to the staff politely the situation, her response was “everyone loves our ice cream” explained that it wasn’t my first time here and been ... coming since the place opened many years ago and today there was something wrong with the ice cream. Her response “it can’t be, everyone loves our ice cream” Finally got her to give me a refund and explicitly said the white chocolate is gone bad (as in you will likely get sick from it). You should check the other ones. Her response “no it can’t be, everyone loves our ice cream” It’s like she thinks I came off the flight from India yesterday with her. Brutal. Honestly one of the best ice cream eating experiences I've ever had. I ordered a regular cup with 2 scoops, cookie dough and snicker doodle.
