Disappointed that I was given a $20 in my change, all folded up. Bank confirmed they can’t accept it as it’s missing the second serial number, I needed both parts of the bill. I accept that I should have been more attentive to my change given, but I was buying a ... drink for a grumpy child and was a bit distracted and didn’t notice until the next day when I went back into my wallet. The place has an interesting vibe and the customer service was all fine. The issue comes down to the value. The items simply are not good for what you are being charged. Before I say anything else, I want to note the food made me feel sick. Not as bad ... as food poisoning, but I felt so nauseous and tired. The fries are below McDonald's quality, they are really an afterthought. The burgers are probably a far cry from any other decent fast food place like Wendy's, A&W, and Harvey's. And whatever you do, do not buy the milkshakes. They are not milkshakes - they are an assortment of whipped cream and syrups. You can make these at your house and they'll taste a million times better. The flavours may sound enticing but they are not at all good quality. A Wendy's frostee or Harvey's milkshake are significantly better alternatives. Also the food was not warm at all by the time I ate it, which was barely 10 minutes after I bought it. Do not go here. If you want burgers and fries, go elsewhere. Any other place is going to get you food that will taste better, will probably cost less or similarly, and almost certainly won't make you feel sick. Went to fast Eddie's with granddaughter. Ordered from the board as its a drive through. Got to the window to pay and it was more than the menu prices posted. Only the naked fries had a upgrade. Questioned it and got nowhere with the guy. Paid it but will ... not go back. Read more

I Order food every single day 1-2 times a day, it’s been over a year since I’ve cooked, due to a bad breakup an an illness it works for me, I’ve been disappointed more times than impressed, an have never given a review…However this place has blown me away,the steak ... burger is probably the best hamburger I’ve ever had the chicken burger was so tasty an the price of the double cheeseburgers were just unheard of, The strawberry shake too was just perfect, an the size of the fries works perfectly for what there doing…overall 10/10 with taste and price….Good job guys….Everyone should try the steak an shake 100%….This is one place you want to try everything on the menu for sure.
