We had a negative experience with take out but management staff responded quickly and more than made up for it. It seemed to be a one off experience as we’ve always been happy with food an service. Thanks for listening and your most generous thank you!
Ordered Uber Eats. Slice of cake is 8.99. Came with entire corner missing. Not impressed. Uber doesn't give refund for quantity issue.
It's no wonder Boston Pizza locations are closing left and right. They don't deserve customers serving food like this, at these prices. $30 for a slice of chicken! Shame on you BP. Hope this location is next.
Please do not visit and waste your money!! I visited for a birthday and was greeted with a burnt bun. When I asked for a new one, the server was sassy and gave me a frozen bun… Regardless of the birthday, they barley gave an apology, justified why the bun wasn’t ... burn and it could happen again, and didn’t compensate what so ever. Still tipped and paid full for the terrible meal. What a big waste of money. Read more
