So satisfying on every level! Amazing food, we ordered satay beef pho, charbroiled chicken and spring roll vermicelli, and shrimp salad rolls - all of the items tasted great and portions were large. Highly recommend!

I ordered their Deluxe Beef Noodle Soup. March 8th 2024. There was nothing wrong with the taste of the food HOWEVER my order has PLASTIC in it!! Are you potentially killing your customers?? Letting them ingest hazardous material?? OWNER of this place, make sure that you educate YOURSELF and your ... employees when it comes to double checking your customers food before handing it out to them. This is so disappointing. This is one of my go-to Vietnamese restaurants in the SE. I usually get their Bun Bo Hue here and it is consistently great; it is not spicy for me. However, I asked the server if I can get it "very very spicy". And it is delicious everytime. I love ... the broth and the portion size. My wife gets the vermicelli and most times, she can't finish the dish as they load it up with a lot of meat. The owners and staff are very friendly and approachable. Another side note is, out of the Vietnamese restaurants I've been to in the SE, I would say their prices are unmatchable and as mentioned before ther portion sizes are well worth the price. We were in Calgary today and have not been here since 2019. So a good time to see if Saigon Maxim was as good as I remember. Put In our order an yes it brought back memories it was great. Loved the chicken wings fresh and tasty very hot not ... spicy but hot great crispy loved them . The shrimp rolls very fresh. The noodle bowls great hot and tasty.
