Pho Xuan - Calgary, Alberta

I always try a new Pho place whenever I visit another city. This one definitely did not disappoint me. One of a better Pho restaurants I have eaten at in Alberta. I ordered the large beef satay. The quantity of beef, noodles and broth were delicious and well balanced. Will ... definitely revisit next time I am in Calgary. I was immediately greeted and seated when i entered the restaurant. Best pho I’ve ever had honestly. Good portion and price as well. The spring rolls are stuffed tasty and crispy, very very good.

Came here on a Tuesday afternoon at 12:20PM and there was plenty of seating available. I was highly recommended by 2 separate friends that this is THE spot in town for pho. I ordered #1 Pho Xuan Special and it was one of the best bowls of pho that I've had ... and very affordable ($12-$15.50). The broth tasted very clean and homey, being not too salty or full of MSG. I got the small size it was a great portion with plenty of noodles. We also ordered the spring rolls which were perfect in size and flavour. I also ordered the fresh durian milkshake which was delicious. Highly recommend for a great vowl of pho when in Calgary and would come back to try other items. Read more

CHEAP DELICIOUS! Been coming here for many years and every time their BROTH is consistently good and fresh, the bean sprouts and mint as well.
