Pho Phu Huong - Calgary, Alberta

Tried this place a few times to make sure I wasn't getting a rare bad experience, it has been consistently terrible. The dishes with 'charbroiled beef/pork' tastes like microwaved unseasoned meat. The dishes take forever to come out, even when you're the only one in the restaurant and the servers ... usually seem more interested in texting behind the counter than helping you if you need something. There are 2 other Viet restaurants in this strip mall that are worth spending money on, don't waste your time/money here. Read more

Food was not very good! The beef was like boiled meat, not charbroiled or anything, chicken was shredded. Everything was very bland, portions were small. They also charged $0.50 for hot sauce and hoisin sauce each. Not worth the money we paid and we won’t go back ... again. Read more

We were partying till 6am for Canada Day and we knew we had to get some phò in the morning to help us recover. I placed an order for takeout and was excited that my hangover would be finally cured. I WAS COMPLETELY WRONG!! They got most of our order ... wrong and we were missing a couple of plates. The vegetables they gave us looked moldy and the pho beef was cooked so well done I confused it for beef jerky. Some of the freshest, most delicious food in Calgary. Excellent service, excellent attitude by the staff, excellent food. 10/10.

They have a wonderful staff, great food and a very comfortable atmosphere. We try to go once a week. Everyone that I have invited for lunch or supper have been impressed with the food. And the service is what you'd expect from a high end restaurant.
