They treat customers rudely and impolitely. I asked for a glass of water without ice and she gave me a rude look. Just a bowl of Pho took almost 35 mins to come. When I asked about the delay, the waitress rudely replied that the kitchen is busy!

The worst pho place I’ve ever been they treat people like they never had or seen pho before in their life. We asked water without ice they never give us water again. Pho was 40 minutes late and cold, apparently forgot to bring it. Very slow and rude customer service.

Went here for a dinner with my wife. Parking was extremely difficult, luckily we found a spot in the apartment parking lot in the back (not sure if that’s okay). It seems that they take way too many orders that they can handle. We had to wait for over 20 ... minutes for 2 bowls of pho after order placed. Broth was tasteless, and the portion was quite small. Service was minimal. I have been to quite some pho places in town, and this is the first one I don’t recommend. Read more

Great service and catering. Very easy to deal with and made it a non headache process. Was able to change out a few things because of dietary restrictions and they made it perfect without ruining the image. Catering was well worth it and will do it again for any company

Great spot for Pho - one of the best in Calgary! Friendly service, simple decor, big booths, delicious food. Place can be totally dead at times, but don't let that deter you from stopping for a hot soup. Try the shrimp & beef skewers - delicious!
