Great vietnamese food! Relaxing atmosphere, and vermicelli with spring rolls was impressive. First time but definitely not last!
I met my wife for lunch downtown and she works in Gulf Canada Square. Neither of us had tried Oriental Phoenix before. It wasn’t overly busy for a downtown lunch spot. The service was quick. Our server, Serenity, was knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed jasmine tea, spring rolls to start. ... Then we had lunch special w drunken shrimp and the won ton soup with egg noodles. Oriental Phoenix is definitely a high class downtown Vitaminese Noodles 🍜 Soup Restaurant. Very quiet and good for corporate people to have a nice lunch and talk about business. I ordered the Classic ... Beef Noodles 🍜 Soup, it came in HOT 🔥 and with Great presentation. The soup base is very tasty but not salty, I drank it all and not feel thirsty at all. AMAZING. Arrived on a busy Thursday lunch, we were greeted immediately, my dad asked for a "Fun" table and we were seated next to the window with a great view of the restaurant. I was so impressed with the service, food, ambiance, etc. This is one well oiled machine. They really ... know what they are doing here. I had #30 the spicy beef satay soup with rice noodles, comes with a side of bean sprouts. Did I mention the service was great?? it is the little things, like confirming my spice tolerance, and bringing tea in less than a minute after I ordered it, even though the place was full and rocking!!!
