Great food for the value. Not too busy during lunch time and the food was served fairly quick. Overall, pretty happy.

I have been eating here for years. The food is consistently excellent and the portions are all very generous. What is nice is they also have reserved free parking at front and side of building. Absolutely delicious food. The salad rolls are smaller and more tightly compacted then other places which makes them a great appetizer. Staff was super attentive to come by when you needed something but otherwise didn't do the annoying unnecessary check up every few minutes.

Really good flavours with soups that can't be found in most other Vietnamese restaurants like peanut base. Prices are good with big portions.

Been going here for years and have always had a great experience. Just had one of the best Vietnamese subs I've had in a long time. Super friendly staff, clean, free WiFi (doesn't require an ISP account) and good prices. Highly recommended.
