We went to visit the Essence of Saigon’s newly renovated space and it’s beautiful! We tried a few of their dishes and they are full of authentic Vietnamese flavors! Modern yet warm feel in the dining room. It felt like this place was pretty new. The menu was simple, not overwhelming like it can get at some places. Just two pages with plenty of good Vietnamese options. The staff were so sweet and fast. The food was really good - ... the pork chop was tender and the betel leaf-wrapped beef was so full of flavour. This is a cool little neighbourhood restaurant. Definitely worth checking it out!
