I’m usually really pleased with everyone at this store. However, I was just in there and they were very dismissive and rude to me. Great experience. They redeemed a very old gift card for me without batting an eye or seeming inconvenienced. They easily directed me to what I was looking for and didn't seem to mind my 2 chaotic children in tow.
