Lady at the counter was helpful and did something I haven't seen in a long time, had good costomer service. She was friendly and knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell on stuff. She Found an affordable way to for me to try some new teas and matcha.. Wooo!

Very friendly staff. Only thing is I wish the staff had better hygiene awareness especially handling drinks in the store. I've gone there twice for tea lattes and first time the clerk puts on lid facing down on the counter and was going to put it back on my cup ... before I stopped her and last night the clerk placed her palm all over the top of the lid including where I would be drinking from to secure the lid. She was also handling cash so all the germs are smeared on my lid even she should could have just touch the ledge if the lid to secure it on the cup. Always pleasant. All the employees are excited about tea and give good feedback about the different products. Sometimes pretty busy. Could use a extra person during peak times.

I love everything about DavidsTea. Plenty of free samples to taste and choose from. The selection of dry tea is extensive and fresh. Seasonal teas are usually 50% off between holidays. And staff are always warm, knowledgeable and friendly.

Really small and hard to get around. If there is any type of line formed (usually is) you can't get to the product at the middle and back of the store. Also fairly slow service due to the nature of the store and people sniffing/picking out teas. Stock gets ... picked through pretty quickly too. Read more
