This location has the best staff I have had the opportunity of interacting with. All the staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and make your visits extremely joyful. One of the few places that I give 5 stars. I love all their different teas they have and other tea products. I have tea steeper card which save up points for a free tea or free gram of tea. The people working there are really nice and are happy to help ... you. I grab at least teas to go. One when I get there and one when I leave the mall. I tea fanatic. Read more

My favorite place to visit for tea, the staff there are some of the nicest people you'll meet! They remember you, your choice, and really care about you. It has more tea than I could've even thought of and the staff is really good at suggestions based on your mood.

I’ve been shopping at David’s Tea for years, and I’ve never had a bad experience until last night. There was no one else in the store, and I stood there for about 5 minutes until I was even noticed. When the girl finally helped me it took her 25 ... minutes to get me the tea I asked for and make 2 lattes, she ended up making one wrong and it took her another 10 minutes to make a fresh one... I had the best help today. I treated myself to David's Tea since I have to give up coffee (among a million other things) for a month to fix my stomach problems. The girl that helped me (black hair tied back, tattoos, skull shirt (i think) and a black sweater ... with black-rimmed glasses) was awesome at helping me find a tea that fit inside my dietary restrictions. She went above and beyond. I picked new faves and even scored a free tea. She was so patient. All the staff seemed great. Glad I went. Read more
