The two ladies who were working there when I came in were very nice and very helpful. The store is beautiful, and while a little more expensive, the tea is worth it. I tried a cup of their Guangzhou milk tea before I purchased a bag and it's delightful. I'd highly ... recommend signing up for their frequent steeper rewards program, as you can get things like free cups of tea on your birthday and when you buy a certain dollar amount of items. I went in there for the first time in my life today and now I'm wondering where was I earlier??? Such a huge variety of all kinds of tea blends and the girls working there were absolutely amazing! The whole experience was just magical - getting a sniff of breathaking ... tea blends, having an uplifting conversation in a cozy atmosphere... By far the best DavidsTea in the city. Every staff member I've encountered at this location have been super helpful and incredibly friendly, even the new faces in the last couple of weeks.
