I've had a promotional email from them to "upgrade to food long make it a meal for free". Neither using the email nor the promotional offer on the application worked with this store and the owner, an old arrogant man, treated me like garbage. He told me he can't give ... me a free meal - even I did not ask for a free meal. I just wanted to use my promotional offer, and not be treated like a crackhead. Gagan and the owner are honestly incredible!! I really appreciate them! Top of the line customer service. I usually order in person however today due to my little one being sick I ordered via Skip the Dishes and accidentally chose the wrong store as the address is similar with the difference ... in blvd and way. When I called Gagan she confirmed to me that she has not received my order than that's when we realized it was the wrong store. As I was figuring out how to cancel my order, she called me right back to inform me that she called the other store amd told him how to make my order. I was absolutely floored by the above and beyond level of customer service. I really appreciate that, I will be a returning customer God willing. Thank you Gagan and the store owner😊🙏🏼 Update: My food at the other location Sunridge Blvd turned out to be soggy, no cheese (even though I payed for extra cheese) wrong condiments it was awful, not to mention the person working that location an older male was extremely rude and was yelling.
